The book analyses' and highlights the areas of interface between tort law and environmental law in the Indian context. The extent and ambit of engagement between, the two areas of law have been extensively discussed. Charu Sharma holds BSc, LLB and LLM from the University of Delhi and pursued her PhD from Macquarie Law School, Sydney, Australia. She is currently an Associate Professor & Associate Dean (Student Initiatives) and also an Executive Director with the Center for Environment and Climate Change at School of Law, OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat. She also taught in Hong Kong for over fifteen years.
